Garlic Dip Recipe

The dip that makes people ask, “Wait, who made this?”

This is that dip. It’s creamy. It’s garlicky. It’s got a little punchy but smooth. It makes veggies exciting.

I brought this dip to a family gathering this year and it was an absolute hit. I paired it with za’atar roasted carrots and it was a match made it heaven.

(measurements are flexible depending on your taste, but I’ll give my go-to ratios):

Garlic Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 5% Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp light mayo
  • 1-2 tbsp dill chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic grated
  • 1/4-1/2 lemon juiced
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add everything into a medium bowl. Grate in garlic
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  • Let sit for at least 15 minutes to let flavors marry. Serve with whatever you desire.

🔥 Pro Tips

  • Eat it with: pita, roasted potatoes, grilled meats, veggies, chips, a spoon.
  • Make it ahead: It gets even better after a few hours in the fridge.
  • Double the batch: Because someone will ask to take some home.
